Our newest product, the Honey Glaze Sriracha Barbecue Sauce gets it's origins from the favored sauce in Thailand. Named for the town in which it was first made, Si Racha, it was created for restaurants to use specifically on seafood, but its popularity has spread the uses from eggs and soup, to lollipops made from the pepper. The honey glaze mixes with the spicy pepper making it sweet, with the sriracha giving it spice. It's tangy for your taste buds with a nice sweetness background.
