Made from the fruit of the paddle cactus (also known as the nopales). A bit tangy and reminiscent of melon, our prickly pear cactus is a great wake up call in the morning with it's bright fuchsia hue. For a dash of sweetness, a tinge of tang, put a dollop in the center of muffin batter in muffin tins before baking, or top a white chocolate cheesecake.
