Ingredients: 1 cup butter ½ cup sugar 2 cups flour Dash of salt Grated rind and juice of ½ lemon 1/3 lb. grated almonds ½ cup E. Waldo Ward Red Raspberry Preserves
Directions: 1Preheat oven to 350º F.
2Cream butter and sugar.
3Add flour, salt, lemon and nuts. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
4Roll out very thin on a lightly floured board and cut with crinkled biscuit cutter.
5Sandwich together with Red Raspberry jam to make a sandwich.
