"A dessert that is perfect for those long, hot summer days."

1 cup Plain Yogurt
  1/4 cup of E. Waldo Ward's Strawberry Preserves
  1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  4 ice cubes
  Fresh strawberries or mint leaves for garnish

Place yogurt, strawberry preserves, and banana in blender and blend until mixed.

2 Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.

3 Pour into tall glass and garnish with strawberry or mint sprig.

Makes 1 drink
