"Here's a tasty new spin on an old world classic! "


  1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef (extra lean)
  1 chopped Onion

  Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Salt/Pepper
  2 cups shredded Potatoes (red or white variety)

  1/4 cup E. Waldo Ward Gourmet Steak Sauce
  1/4-1/2 cup Sour Cream


1  Saute onion in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, adding Salt & Pepper to taste, then add ground beef, to brown.

2  Add potatoes allowing them to cook until soft. Pour in Steak Sauce & Sour Cream.

3  Warm through, tasting to adjust seasonings, adding more of the Steak Sauce or S/P to taste, Enjoy!
